1. Confidentiality of Health Records
Your health profile, clinical history, Prakriti diagnosis, lab reports, and digital prescriptions are encrypted end-to-end and stored securely. They are shared exclusively with the verified doctor with whom you have booked a consultation.
2. Video Session Privacy
Teleconsultation video streams are peer-to-peer encrypted. AYUSHUB does not record, store, or eavesdrop on video audio conversations between doctor and patient.
3. Payment & Financial Security
Payment transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL certified payment gateways. We do not store credit card numbers or UPI MPINs on our servers.
