1. Platform Nature & Telemedicine Guidelines
AYUSHUB provides a digital healthcare facilitation platform enabling verified Ayurvedic medical practitioners (BAMS, MD/MS Ayurveda registered with CCIM / NCISM) to conduct teleconsultations with patients. AYUSHUB does not practice medicine directly; clinical diagnosis, advice, and prescriptions are the sole professional responsibility of the independent consulting doctor.
2. Emergency Medical Exclusions
Teleconsultations on AYUSHUB are intended for non-emergency, chronic, and preventative Ayurvedic care. In case of acute medical emergencies, severe trauma, or acute chest pain, users must immediately visit the nearest emergency medical hospital.
3. E-commerce & Botanical Formulations
All products offered in Phase 1 on the AYUSHUB store are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities compliant with the Ayurvedic Pharmacopoeia of India (API). Dosages should follow the consulting doctor’s digital prescription or label instructions.
