Consultation & Product Refund Policy

1. Consultation Rescheduling & Cancellation
Patients may reschedule or cancel any confirmed consultation up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot time for a 100% full refund or slot transfer. If a doctor fails to join a scheduled consultation session, the patient is automatically refunded 100% of the consultation fee.
2. Botanical Products & Return Policy
Due to Ayurvedic hygiene and tamper-evident herbal seal protocols, opened botanical formulations cannot be returned. If a package arrives damaged, unsealed, or with mismatched batch numbers, AYUSHUB will provide an immediate free replacement or 100% refund within 7 days of delivery.
